Overview
The committee of the Occupational Health Nurses Forum (Scotland) look forward to your participation at this our 24th Annual conference, which is sure to be of mutual benefit to both exhibitors and delegates alike.
The event is designed to be of interest to all Occupational Health professionals as well HR and Health & Safety specialists.
Interaction with some 120 delegates will give exhibitors the opportunity to obtain market opinion, create sales contacts, network with existing customers and gain an update on current trends, techniques and developments in the field of Occupational Health.
In addition, the conference programme has been designed to incorporate a
2 minute slot for representatives to deliver an overview of their company and increase their profile at the event. This is scheduled at the beginning of the conference on Thursday 22nd from 09.50- 10.30 am.
Exhibitors and representatives are encouraged to attend the Gala Dinner and "James Bond" themed Casino night on Thursday 22nd, which will give everyone the opportunity to establish and consolidate contacts

Exhibition Area
The exhibition hall will be situated on the ground floor, in the Calder Suite, which is immediately adjacent to the Torrance Suite conference area. Refreshment breaks and lunches will be served within the exhibition area, to maximise the flow of delegates.Please see a floor plan by clicking here (Warning, this is a large image)
Access
Offloading and transfer of equipment and stands can be done by direct and easy access to the exhibition area from the Hotel driveway. (refer to floor plan and table allocation diagram)
Exhibition build will commence from 6.30pm on Wednesday 21st April.
Rates
Exhibitor rates (refer to Exhibitors Booking Form) are for one exhibition space of approx 2metres x 2meters total (i.e. one table (with cloth)or stand of 2 metres with space behind for personnel etc. and two chairs)
The space allocation includes:
- Stand space (or table with cloth provided)- as above and one electric socket
- Delegate list - with contact details as permitted
- Tea/Coffee and Lunch for two representatives
- Acknowledgement in delegate booklet
Space Allocation
Space will be allocated on a "First Come First served" basis (refer to floor plan and table allocation diagram) When space has been allocated it will no longer be available on the booking system
Space will not be confirmed or withdrawn from the allocation until payment in full has been received. Provisional bookings will be held for 14 days only.
