Cancellation policy


All cancellations should be made in writing (email accepted) - to the conference co-ordinator.

  • Cancellations before 1st March 2010-full refund minus 25% administration charge
  • Cancellations after 1st March 2010 will receive No refund.

All approved refund will be processed and issued within 60 days from end of conference.
